Rejected Complaint on admins Kevin Elkhabib and Ivkezz Obama

Dear Mazhor, I hope you are having a nice day. Let me get to the point. Admin Kevin Elkhabib was choosing who is called on the EMS interview, I applied 2 months ago and today and both time I was rejected. I tried messaging admin on discord but he doesn't bother to respond, then I made a complaint on him but Ivkezz Obama rejected it and said ask on discord but I clearly said he doesn't bother to respond! He didn't even read my complaint or check the proof. I want to know a reason that I was not called on interview, i provided a screenshot that admin ignores me in-game and on discord.
