My question is I didn't used any software Please have a look into thread 167024 for evidence. 1 Person killed me in green zone and I just reported him. I am inside my car standing there. Why I got punishment of Gen 4.1.

That's the render problem. I don't have very good specs laptop so sometimes it not render or takes time for effects.
