Hi sir or madam this player does not own the house and gave me demands to leave the area then proceeded to shoot me down. He doesn't have to right to do this in city as it is not his personal property. I wanted to comply but first checked whose house it was and why there were two people speaking foreign language so I couldn't understand. He even killed me when I was unconscious (mercy killing). I believe this player is also in the Rhodes family who owns the house next door. I want the Rhodes family to have a strike because they think that they own the whole street and can demand anyone to leave, also they are guarding their solar panels and occupying the whole street. A family is a community, not a gang and they deserve a strike.
