So one person was doing vdm in gz at sahp hq, I reported it and the person got punishment for that, but I too got punishment for metagaming, now I want clear one thing here, I was on duty and I was taking a training session 1 of a cadet and according to Sahp training structure it is clearly mention that to join the voice chat on the email, so I was punished for metagaming as I was only conducting a training session. I have posted the entire video of the vdm guy and also posted the entire shifts bodycam where I have started the training session of the cadet. I have attached 2 videos with this thread video 1 is about the guy doing the vdm, video 2 the entire training session according to Sahp training structure.

At sahp we have to share our screen and show how to properly put Or fill the patrol logs and many more stuff to a new cadet who has joined

Considering the education part is ignored, it can be noticed that you are clearly metagaming. In the video presented about the situation, the communication is not in-game but incident happens ingame, so I made this decision.
