1. Why do you want to become an admin?

Being I'm the city for a short time iv noticed all sorts of wrongs. A lot of vdm rdm and dm in city. And I want to help make that better. I want to make the server/city better. I want to make sure no one is being a target for others and I want to inform the players what their doing is either wrong or right.
