Hello ! As you can see in here, he wasn't moving from the gate, i went to talk to him, a friendly talk, but he decide to not move, i wanted to give him fines for blocking an exit (anywhere basically) i saw he had no license plate, so i wanted to feel his car's vin number, and when i said that, he VDMed me, 2 times !
I dont know if this counts as well as running from RP situation, basically, when i tried to give him a fine, he started ramming me over, so i die and don't give him a fine, also you can see he VDMed another guy from the org.
