Upon reviewing evidence,
I have decided to Accept this report.
ID 16488 will receive punishment for Provoking & General Rule 6.15
(I agree there was RP situation but, there was no reason to shoot him and you were provoking him aswell.)
ID 11405 will also receive punishment for FearRP.
(Other guy was pointing gun but, instead of fearing your life you said "You can try" )
