I wasn't the guy who got punished but i saw that from the the side and decided to complaint about it because its not fair for the others people in the city , this admin Hassan Boateng silenced (maybe he's friend) someone for insulting admins instead of punish him under General Rule 5.3 , everyone in the city gets banned for that but this guy got saved by only a mute, Hassan Boateng made new punishments that we didn't got updated by? either its everyone gets banned or either everyone gets muted, supposed to be fair for everyone.
(not sure about the punishment time, but you can check i guess, put any punishment didn't knew which to put)
