Upon reviewing the evidence that was provided, I have decided to Accept this report.
ID 29822 will receive punishment for RDM.
Saying "leave the area" does not allow the person to kill, there has to be a 5 second countdown as well.
Also ID 41898 was leaving the area and was still killed.​
