Hello James.
Firstly I would like to start by saying I had no knowledge that he was cheating or had been previously banned for such. Furthermore I was told by one of my other German friends that he was a really good German turfer. I didn't hear him speak so I had no idea who it was. If I had knowledge that he was cheating/evading I would of reported it instantly as I look down on such activities. I am honestly shocked that my friends would bring in cheaters and very disappointed that they threw me under the bus like that.
I hope that you take me into consideration that I had no idea that they where cheating.
