Im really fresh to the city, his friend came randomly kicking at my car for no reason. I got out and fought him after a couple exchanges he backed off so i got back in my car. As i was trying to figure out how to turn my engine one, his friend (Skip to @38 seconds) comes and guns me down with a AR. Can you please reply/look into why this is allowed or not taken further action? Ive also got a clip of them harrassing newbies in the hotel.
