Group involved do not want to negotiate and just hold DOC… - footage included of multiple occurrences

This breaks RP as we cannot act on any situation with DOC and halts core RP activity the city has.

1. 10-15s cannot be processed in the allocated time as you can’t get in.

2. Holds up all LEOs as they can’t leave a hostage situation - LEO activity requirements impacted

3. Ceases any progression in RP as it’s a stalemate with no attempt to progress the situation.

We would also like to callout this activity is lead by 57704 who is the twink of admin Larry Mcgavin - behaviour like this should not be allowed from a god who should be driving RP, not hindering it…

These actions by an admin should also be taken into consideration.

1. I will admit that I held the hostage for to long but I will state simply the hostage was handed over
2. As hostage ready to negotiate instead of controlling situation your people preferred to tow and search trunks when I asked 200k for the hostage which is no fear rp for hostages life
3. We had a rp situation to be there we were holding a government facility under seige I am sorry that instead of attempting to find a way to win the situation after hostage was freed you would prefer to tow vehicles, search vehicles (while hostage was still not safe and i demanded 200k) and call gods because you don’t wanna rp it, plenty of admins were there including James pluxory, adham dark who I remind you one is curator of the administration and the other is curator of unoff orgs watching full situation we beared the warning of mr adham dark and began negotiation but as I said your “officers” decided they would prefer towing vehicles and searching trunks rather than valuing the hostages life I’ll make sure that is also handled and begin gathering the pov for it now

To summarize
1. I apologize for holding the hostage for a extended period
2. A high level admin watched and so did curator of unoff orgs
3. This if it is even close to a rule break falls on one person not the entirety of the family
4. Your guys failed to value hostages life
5. The pov isn’t your own as well

The pov is collective to my organisation which I am personally responsible for.

James and adham aren’t responsible for the requirements of LSPD so I’m more than happy to wait on a ruling from Alex or Maz on these situations as towing and general patrols are what we are told take priority.

As my curators are aware (as well as yourself given you have access to our LSPD discord) we want clear understanding in these situations on grand rp rules so all are better equipped to handle whatever occurs next time
