8:14 - 73226 (POV provider) shooting out of zone.
8:16 -169325 Kirk Hammett (you see his standing behind pov provider and pov provider is out of circle, so he is too)
8:16 -169325 (you see his hand firing out of the zone area)
8:17 Daxon Sess - 81260 (he is clearly out of the zone if you compare with the event circle on the map ZOOM IN on his gun)
8:15 Purple Gun Guy - Bullet smoke shooting out of the zone:
8:28 Mania Depp - 153958 (crouched behind the vent, out of zone)
8:29 Johnny Gravitas - 158820 (clearly visible out of zone shooting)
8:48 Jake Ses - 36277 (clearly shooting WAY out of zone)
And more you can't see due to POV provider hiding with his camera angle.

Even if that’s the case, it still amounts to 2 warnings for LSPD, 6 members breaking the event rules probably more members ill let admin investigate the POV’s and determine. I have labelled only SOME timestanps.

Please lock for SAPD curator to prevent unnecessary spam as the evidence already speaks for itself.

i'd like to highlight the fact that the OP of this thread told me if I deleted another report, he would delete his - and then still goes ahead and makes a new complaint 24 hours later.

Everyone in your chat; "We'll get them disbanded" "Easy Disband" - Really breeds a good environment where roleplay is welcomed when all you want to do is get factions disbanded.

Also - the POV you submitted as evidence AGAINST us - is my intellectual property and as such has been removed

Assuming you downloaded the footage from Dave's stream, and then re-uploaded that content to streamable.com is definitely copyright infringement since you do not have permission from Dave. The copyright owner is the creator and copyright law offers no exception to the owner's exclusive right to distribute their work. Sure, that video may be considered a derivative and contain copyrighted works by another party (e.g. Rockstar Games), but Dave still owns the additions or changes to the original work, not the original itself. The only way to re-upload a video that someone else made is to have permission from everyone that contributed to it.

PIRACY IS CRIME. The video provided as evidence doesn't have permission from the original uploader to be re-upload to any source or linked anywhere, hence this become real world issue and not in game issue anymore.

Doesn’t matter. He posted the POV within 48 hours already then deleted it from his report. I saved the POV and reposted the POV. Here is the POV he uploaded on GRP forums so you can stop trying to find loopholes.

Doesn’t change that the POV is valid, the POV still exists as he already uploaded.

The administrator has the right to refuse to consider the complaint if:

• The complaint is not in the form of a complaint;
• Evidence is cropped or edited (must be 1 minute+(exceptions might be, when you can understand the whole situation for less than 1 min));
• Evidence uploaded to other sources;
• 2 days passed after a violation;
• The complaint contains insults, impertinence or inadequacy;
• The complaint is filed by a person who is not related to the situation. (POV must be personally made by person who is involved in situation);

As you can see in the POV provided by Ryan, you can see 2 guys at max shooting from outside, and 2nd guy is not even clear if he is just shooting or lagging
Next time do not post POV after 47 hours of the incident of the event
