What happend: We got raided by Cortez so we all were in the Discord. After the raid some random ppl joined and start shooting. We were still in Discord when the situation take place multiple admins from server 1 wehre ther like Oleg Boleg / Aiden Webb / Craig Lamata and did a amazing job they help us and jail the VDM ppl.

After that situation 10 mins later we were chilling around discord driving over the island no RP Situation take place.

Out of now wehre i got jailed for Metagaming.I was streaming the whole time.

There was no ticket open or anything i ask jackson why he metagaming jailed me he.


He told me he know it from the stream an said to me he can jail me for everything in my stream.

Here what he said in german: Alles was du im Stream machst, kann bestraft werden. Somit bleibt deine Strafe und ist legitim.

Translation to english: Everything you do in the stream can be punished. So your punishment remains and is legitimate.

correct punishment, you were doing meta-gaming while streaming like in the past. (We are allowed to check these streams and use it)
After that you guys said "Lets do a complainment for curator of the project, we will do all the same complainment", and then started to insult deputy chief in worst ways. I really think about rebanning you permanently like we said in appeal before.
