2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
I want to become lspd leader becoz when i come this city fast time i want to do something good.. so i join as lspd officer syndra turms. i learn lots of good things. i learn how lspd department works . i gain expriance in lspd department. i learn how every state org works. working with syndra turm has been amazing. she teach me how to become a good lspd offcier. also she teach me how to respect every employees and puts in the effort to maintain the org. also i make lots of good friend in that turm thay know good rp in lspd. we working hard during that turm. so i beleave we can make that org more better with pas expriance and other state org expriance wich i joind before and i got expriance..
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
with past lspd expriance i decide i will improve some point
3.1:- i make a good Fto leader who recrute more fto who knows evey rule and thay recrute more pepole ,as i see most of org disband become pepole dont know rp, so fto will recute only those who know rp and rules
3.2:- i will make a task force department thay will respond every situation quickly with helicopter and fast cars. thay are specially traind for handel every situation, and thay will nigotiate every store robery and hostage situation.
3.3- 3rd is parking department , as we know in this city population increaceing day by day, pepole leaveing cars unattended. and thats why lots of pepole face game crash and lag.. so tow department thay tow unattended cars
3.4- sins i join this city i see in lspd Detective department are not show much active. in fib undercover department i gaing lots of expriance like how do bust, uc work, deep uc work,, so i wil focuse on detective dipartment.. i will talk with my curator phani and add some cloth for detective. so thay can work more smothly..
also i will do promotion ceremony every 1 week at amphitheater at same time i will do a meeting with other state org and citizens.. at that meeting we will discussed about problems and try to find solution. there we wiill do a press conference with our governor of los santos.. not about problem and solution we will discussed about our progression and upcomeing laws etc. so we can intract with other pepole by doing this rp.
