Adham I think was confused with the timezone differences As this was way before the 48hours that passed from the incedent. You can cleary see that I reported this on Saturday the 13th at 11:55PM (EST Timezone)

The incident happened Friday the 12th at 2:14AM (city time) which is 9PM EST

This is within the 48hours of a report? Just report was entered 27hours after
