I respect your time and thank you for reviewing my previous report on the matter.
Although I do feel that proper consideration was not accounted for in the review.
I would like to escalate this for project curator Mazhor Pluxury to address the following questions:
Is shooting at passengers in taxi (or other work vehicles) considered against the rules?
Also James,
You suggest my warn should remain as I shot the driver and rammed his car.
I would like to address the fact that I did NOT shoot the driver, NOR did I ram the car.
both of these statements are false.
Please rewatch the clip, the taxi driver was doing a burnout noticed by the smoking-skreeching wheels (my car never touches the taxi)
As you can see in the following Screenshots you can see that the shot was registered into the passenger not the driver
I shot the passenger only as he was in the back of the car.
you can see by the resulting health loss of ID 80006
please see as the driver was not injured one scratch (full hp bar)
I am a very solid professional shooter and would never risk a warn by shooting a taxi driver. Please even take a look into ID 173267 damage logs and find that I never touched this person at this time 0:30 at 15.08.2022
please be aware that the passenger entered the taxi mid-gunfight to avoid me killing him and then even tells the taxi driver to stop at the start of the video to try and bait me into shooting.
Nowhere in the rules does it state taxi's themselves are greenzones, only not to shoot taxi drivers.
Please if you can update the rules Mazhor if this is illegal, or reconsider my warning as I have read the rules over 50 times and nowhere does it state taxi itself is greenzone.
The two rules in question are the following:
Gen 6.24 It is forbidden to rob/kidnap people who working on starting jobs such as busmen/taxi drivers/electricians, etc. | WARN
Nowhere does it state that you cannot attack taxi passengers, nor does it even state you cannot attack taxi drivers. Maybe add this into the rule?
From what I read here I am free to kill taxi drivers if I wanted to, (which I wouldn't ever do), I just cannot rob or kidnap them
GZ 2.2 Initial and public works: Truckers, Electricians, Sawmill, Farm 1-2, Bus workers, Taxi companies, Oil rig.
This is called out as Taxi companies (does this mean all taxi's? or just the location in which you buy the taxi? this rule seems ambiguous and up for debate.
I suggest adjusting this rule if your intented goal was to make all starter vehicles mobile greenzones with the following addendum:
GZ 2.2 Initial and public works: Truckers, Electricians, Sawmill, Farm 1-2, Bus workers, Taxi companies, Oil rig, and all work related vehicles
