I'm unable to provide body-cam footage of this situation although I believe this should've at least been a verbal warning. I was drifting slowly out of the hospital GZ and accidentally ran into someone crossing to the other side. I understand you're supposed to drive carefully through the hospital although I was barely even driving at a high speed and he was standing in the middle of the exit. In my opinion, this situation isn't serious enough to get jailed for 2 hours.

Apparently Jefe was at the hospital and saw me accidentally run into the guy and then decided to demorgan me roughly 5 minutes later for "VDM"
