in pov u can see as they start transporting there is a armored vehicle and then the convoy breaks off and the armored vehicle is left behind without 2 vehicles escorting

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Deny this report.
There were 3 SAHP vehicles escorting the armored vehicle so its more than enough to deploy the vehicle. They probably were going a little too fast but they stop half way and had waited for the armored vehicle to return.
