In the pov u can see the other vehicles were behind the armored vehicle and then went around it and its very obvious that they knew the vehicle was there, i think this should be reviewed again as i think this is biased from the curator as he does not want his org to get in trouble. It is clear that the armored vehicle was left without a escort
