i got banned for General rule 1.1 but i swear that i have a brother that we live in same house and we are brothers . we have different pcs but we have the same ip adress but im telling you i swear that me and my brother i dont know if we have same rockstar he have his rockstar and i have my own rockstar . i dont know why this rule is too serious why should i do with another account just explain to me i have over 800hr on this account and im just trying to have fun please .

and if you ask for money wipe i agreee please .
