Fizzy was born into a wealthy family and always had people to help him no matter what. When Fizzy reached the age of 3 his parents divorced he had to choose with whom he wanted to stay his mother or his father.
Fizzy chose to stay with his mother April Pierce until the age of 10. His life was good he did not have to worry about anything he was rich he had servants to help him with everything and he did not have to worry about anything, at the age of 10 his mother got into debt and ran out of money Fizzy and his mother Had to sleep in the streets because they could not pay for a house. A few years later Fizzy went to get food and when he returned he saw someone beating his mother trying to take her the money she had saved for two whole years hoping to rent a house Fizzy tried to stop the man but he failed because he never dealt with such a case. Fizzy assured himself that this would never happen again and went to his friend to teach him how to fight to make sure he will always be able to protect his loved ones.
After a few years of hard work Fizzy became stronger and stronger with the knowledge how to fight. Fizzy thought he will never have a chance to fight again as it been so much time since the accident with his mother happened he decided to just give up and start making money instead rent a nice house and get a family. A friend of Fizzy teach him how to make money selling guns,ammo,vest and any Illegal stuff he made a lot of money from that he could have bought a nice house. After selling his stuff he bought a house for himself and his mother. After a few years Fizzy became 24 years old and decided to try something new he decided he should go on a plane and fly from New York to somewhere else to forget the past and just focus on the future.
Fizzy landed on a city called "Los Santos" and joined the Los Santos Police Department where he tried to stop crime there Fizzy got taken hostage and got tortured for some info even after they tortured him he didn't agree to give them any info so they decided to release him. Due to Fizzy need of money he assists criminals for some money. Sometimes when Fizzy feels like he needs to release some anger he goes to the ghetto and start shooting people for fun he also takes their guns and sell them to people who offer a good price for them. Fizzy does anything he can to keep crime out of his city so if a suspect wont give him info he will torture him to get him to tell info he will only do it if no one sees it
After years of working at the LSPD Fizzy got an offer to join FIB as a high command due to his experience and skills after working at the FIB for years Fizzy decided to stick with this job as he liked it but he also decided to do crimes for fun Fizzy worked at the FIB and when no one saw he committed crimes for fun and to promote his job at the FIB when he gets criminal information

Fizzy works for FIB as a high command trying to do his best at his work and when no one sees he is having fun performing crimes and breaking the law Fizzy makes sure no one catches him performing crimes so he wont be fired from the FIB and he does his job better then anyone else.
