There were two reports that this admin dealt with and he is clearly biased to one party over the other.
In the last incident, (https://gta5grand.com/forum/threads/17044/) my family won the event as seen in the POV (

Yet, the other family was behaving badly and being toxic to our family in which is something happens regularly, but this did not feed their ego although they lost and decided to Camp outside the Hospital which is a Green Zone and started shooting us right outside the hospital, I know it is the Ghetto but they were provoking the NLR & Failing RP by trying to kill us outside the hospital.
We tried to get an Admin to come to the scene but no admin showed up, We all know and appreciate how busy the admins could be at that time, otherwise this situation would have been avoided if one was available to speak to them about it.
Yet they clearly are abusing the hospital being in a ghetto and killing us due to their racism towards us as Arabs. How can the same admin Punish my family members earlier and yet punish ONLY us twice if not being biased to the other family?
I need a clarification on how only us be punished twice although they have started to come annoy us in game from the start when we were having a small gathering outside our house and they are the ones always asking for troubles they can’t handle in game?
Therefore, I believe that his decisions were clearly biased and questionable for only punishing us and letting them be toxic, triggering racism and Non RP against myself and my family?
Please note that I totally accept my punishment as I was not aware I was entering a Greenzone and this complaint is not to avoid my punishment at all.
I am just putting the fact that he did handle this situation as both parties should be punished not only my family/myself!
