Life Growing up
Speed grew up in Ottawa Canada where he first started his first job as a pizza delivery boy and then he wanted more in life so he decided to fly to a city named Los Santos and as he was flying there he really wanted to help people so he decided to come join LSPD and then after LSPD after saving a lot of lives he wanted more so you know what he did he went over to fib where he wants a new start in life
First Actions in the city
When speed came to the city he went over to LSPD year to register for a job where he did a interview and got himself a job now he kept on going in LSPD over and over again for terms but then he decided to go to National Guard now while he was in National Guard he didn't think he was saving a lot of lives as he didn't LSPD but he wanted to try something different so that's where he went to fib
Before joining FIB
He was just finishing up in National Guard when he wanted more to do to his life so he left and came to fib
Speeds Emotional life.
speed worked a lot so he could not really go out and find himself a girlfriend because he would always be working 24/7 So eventually he did And for the current state he's very happy
Outcomes
1.Speed Can take the weapons off of criminals and use them for personal use
2. Speed can hurt people to get information out of them
3. Speed can sell and buy weapons at the blackmarket
4. Speed can take FIB gear off duty but not store
5.Speed Can take a 2/1 Gun fight from his high training
6.Speed Can take bribes up to 15k
7.Speed Can go off duty and Kill and rob.
8. Speed Can Rply hide his ID in the glove box to hide his identity
9. Speed can take bodycams off of officers and smash them with /try
10. Speed can remove stars off of people and lower their sentence
11. Speed can recognize people by their voices
12. Speed has a button on his shirt that acts as a bodycam
13.Speed can take illegal guns on duty and off and carry them
14.Speed can take weapons for personal purposes and search
15.Speed can remove a person off the wanted list, let them walk free, or reduce their jail time if he feels like doing so.
16.Speed can take part in family activites
17. Speed Can search suspects for their bodycams, and destroy them by smashing them on the ground. (using /try)
18.Speed Will be able to get involved in criminal activity when undercover to gain evidence in order to build a file.
