I was banned from your forums for a period of 7 days after requesting technical assistance with your software, to which one of your staff responded.
No reason was given for the ban, I broke none of your forum's rules as far as I'm aware and it appears the only reason I was banned was because the gentleman (Jetix) was unable to answer my technical query. Previous to this the gentleman repeated his response of "It could be anything" over and over, while patronizing me with an unhelpful attitude, simply for asking for technical assistance (on a technical assistance forum). "It could be anything" does nothing to assist me in my technical query and banning me from these forums will in no way improve the ability of this gentleman to do his job or fix my technical problem.
As I'm sure you, or any reasonable person can appreciate, this type of behavior is completely unacceptable and falls well below the standard paying customers are entitled to expect, nor is the behavior measured, reasonable or proportionate given I was simply asking for help which wasn't being provided.
