3 officers completing routine stop with 31805 shooting with no RP.

31805 was incapacitated then logged off as we went to process.

Hi John,

Got you email regarding this;
"mm so first off i don't think a fine for that is 10 thousand, however you said he hit your car when you are faced opposite way to his vehicle on the opposite lane of travel. Although this does not excuse his combat logging, and he should be punished..."

Footage is for second suspect not the man at blue vehicle- the 1st gentleman drove into us on the wrong side with us both landing into this position on the side you see in the footage.

He received a fine of $10k under 3.2.1- Driving opposite lane of road as we then moved to the 2nd suspect.
