Hey so I was banned for NLR.. I wasn't even aware that's even a RULE. I was freaking out because I thought when cars are stolen they are lost permanently. So I was freaking out. I've only been playing for a week so I didn't know this was even a rule.


This is only my first time committing this offence. Please reconsider. I am so new to the server, I made a mistake. I'm sorry.
