i think Tony Royal gave wrong decision to id:51853 and did not give him nrl the reason came back in 4 min. and id:52507 should have gn 6.2 and nrl
in this forum Tony gave id:51853 wrong decision.

we started stealing the car and the owner CL id:52507 then id:51853 started car ramming and VDM as it show in first POV and second POV id:51853 got killed while chasing the car and went to hospital rented car and came back in same area in 4 minutes

Gen rule 6.2 is forbidden to leave the rp situation i didn't found it i found nlr in 52507

He was not done any nlr he vdm 4218 and 4218 shooted 51853 and he revived 51853 he didn't went to hospital that's not count as a nlr

at 1:20 in pov i sent him to hospital and at 4:20 he is in same location
