Officer 46817 arrested me and took me to jail for speeding instead of giving me a fine and he gave me 2 wanted levels. He was GTA driving while taking me to jail and kept playing dumb when I told him that speeding requires a ticket, not a sentence. when he took me to the cell he kept threatening me with his stun gun just because I told him that I will report the incident.
