Rejected Ban for 6.3 | Alex Odd

I was on a 60 day ban for banned words on my main account id (4195) and Alex banned me on 4195 ... Can I please get an explanation on how I got banned on 4195 because I was already serving a 60 day ban on 4195, so how could I break 6.3?
