This dude started a fist fight with me in a clothing store. I did attempt to defend myself, but alas with getting the first couple of shots he killed me ultimately.
Full situation: I am approaching clothing store about 5 feet from the door. He runs out of the store and punches me unprovoked. I kicked his car door outside in retaliation then stopped and proceeded to go buy clothes. He came in shortly after (about 10 seconds) and started beating me, ultimately killing me.
