Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report​

• ID 351 will receive a punishment for Green Zone Rule 1.1
  
  • Green Zone Rule 1.1: Green Zone killings are prohibited /Warn

Furthermore,

• ID 351 & 21322 will receive a punishment for Meta-gaming
  • Meta-gaming: You were camping in front of DOC and seemed to know that he was coming towards and you failed to provide defense POV.

For the people who was requesting whole POV:

The POV provided shows the ID 351 clearly shooting in GZ, and I also have the suspense for Meta-gaming since he was camping in front of the DOC knowing the FIB will be heading there. Which is why I asked for defense POV to confirm that they didn't do any Meta-Gaming.
