After family told him to leave the area after scouting for solar panels and given 5 seconds to leave which he did not.
1. He gets out of the car with a shot gun in his hand. - Power Gaming
2. He does not engage any in RP before opening fire on me - GR 6.15 or RDM
3. Once revived does not engage in RP but says he wants a god just to stall. - Fail RP
