2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
Ever since my first Day in this project I wanted to become a realistic criminal in the city and build a strong criminal character with both weaknesses and strengths, although these goals of mine had been mostly completed my character has still yet to become a leader of a street gang something that is a big trait of a great criminal. In addition to all of this mentioned above I have also spent an incredibly long time learning criminal RP and perfecting said criminal RP to provide a realistic but fun experience to everyone involved. I have studied server rules and know the limits and features of criminal RP and know how to keep all rules and prevent rule breaks. I had also gathered so many friends along my journey as a criminal who would be interested in joining a gang that I am the leader of and they can also help along my journey later on as a leader if I do get selected of course. I would also like to become a leader of The Ballas street gang especially as it is one of my favorite gangs and I like everything about it and want the best for it.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
My Advice on improving the Roleplay is Simple allowing only experienced players to do the harder part of Roleplaying and teaching the newer players on how they can improve and make their character and Roleplay realistic and professional as well as fun for all parties involved. I would also not hire anyone under the in game level of 10 since in my opinion they need to gather more experience before joining a street gang and doing organisational Roleplay. I would also recommend doing more expanded questioning of Roleplay rules before hiring someone to the organisation. In addition to all of this I would also like to expand more on Unique events that no other gang does like robbing The National Guard's ammo trucks or attempting to take control of and take over the encashment.
