a) I have Been Working In Several Orgs in city and I have taken Experience in Almost All Orgs on Both Sides in Legal as well as Illegal In Illegal i have Been in all 5 Gangs in City and Have Been Through Positions Like Deputy,Under deputy, Highcommand of gangs such as Vagos, Marabunta, Families,Bloods and Even Ballas and Now i think It's a Perfect opportunity To Apply for Leadership of The Ballas Gang and Get it because i don't think There is Any Other available Experience Gangstar Currently in The City.
b) It's Been Very Unfortunate How Previous Leader totally failed to Maintain the org and It got Disbanded Before 30days and This thing has Spoiled the Name of Gang it has Hold No1 Position among Gangs in City and Now due to last term the Rank Of Ballas Gang has Came Down and Other Gangs have Surpassed The Gang But If if Get The Leadership of Ballas I will Make sure my Org Members Including Me Follow Each and Every City Rules,Do a full term without any org Warnings, Attand Events in Full Numbers especially Events like Cland, Battleships,Subs and In this way I'll Bring Back The Ballas on TOP again And Make it Best Gang in city.
c) lf i Get a Chance to Become Leader of the Ballad Gang i would Make sure me and My Highcommand Hire Members from All TimeZones To Keep Gang Active 24x7 Because Most of The Gangs Fail to Be Active In Some Specific Times Like Early Morning and Late Night But It will not Happen during My Term and Even My Highcommand would be from All Timezones to keep a Watch on Gang Members and Make sure that They are following All The Rules and Attending Events Properly and i would also Make Sure when there are No Events My Gang Members Focus on Ghetto and Take Back Control on Ghetto and The Gang will surely Come on Top Back again after i Get The Leadership
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
I would Only Hire Those Guys who Have at least Basic Knowledge of RP and Make Sure that They Know All Rules and even Maintain Proper RP at each and Every EVENT and Don't break Any Rules and Make Sure if They Break Rules they Get Direct Fire from Org and I will only hire Those who are dedicated to org and Know to handle Take Accurate Decisions at Intense Situations

4) Maintain High level RP
5) Increase rate in crime in city.
6) Numerous numbers of atm robberies.
