Hello i got the ban today and after talking to an admin since i have no idea about this complaint i got to this forum page. Would have been nice to get a massage or somthing since i could not defent myself at all.
This happend yesturady and i was the one shooting. Let me explain why
I started palying this game 3 days ago and was part of the gang that reported me i think. They are the one that put the marker there! Everytime before that i got tho this marker there was shooting and gang fights and i got instantly shot, i thought this was the same again. And before i even arrived there was shooting from the yellow guys. The guys that shot a 10 minutes ago on the street at everyone passing by. Even today i drive by that place and everyone is shooting at me so what did i do wrong ? Nobody died and i lost all my gear, they even kicked me out of the fam and never said anyhting to me i had no idea this was even happening.

I wills stop playing on this role play server if if have to stay now for days in jail for shooting back at someone that intetionaly makes me drive there and then shoots me as yellow member and we are in the same fam. Thats making fun of new players

I got killed by yellow gang at the beach 10 minutes ago, no rp nothing. So after i jogged back to the hotel form the hospital i drove to the fam marker and at arrival i hear gunshots and i see the yellows so i get behind my car and shot at them.I thought they gonna kill me again like they did before.
If anyone would have said its not allowed to shot or anything i would have know, they just screamed and insulted, then they go and report me too, nobody got hurt but me. How is now a 170 hr prison time justified

How can i be able to shot in green zones, i was not able to do that in the market places at the beach. So if i got into this trouble for shooting near a green zone, i did not know the black market is a green zone i never was in it, now i know!
But to my defesne i got shot by the yellow guys in the parking lot at the beach market and i thought its my own foult for not being careful. I could have reported them then but i had no idea
