Rejected Theft issue by (153778) and (98780)

As i was passing by after withdrawing some money from the bank near LSPD a few guys showed up in car and slammed me out of my car. I first thought they were just hitting me by accident. Then when i flew off my window they were still ramming my car out of the Green Zone. I went up to take my car and then they just shot me down for no reason. And then they got in some other quarrel with some other guys and when it ended i was saved by a EMS and was good enough to patch me up with the gun wounds in my leg. Also they dint tell the EMS to leave the area since they were just near them and i was revived during a 10-10 situation. Yet i was revived and then after seeing them with guns i panicked and i started running and they stole my car.

I have attached proof of my killer (153778) and (98780)

Also i would like to say they were not maintaining or doing any RP actions anytime during the theft.

I sincerely hope you guys look into it.
