there was no Mercy kill, I was in control of the RP situation as we killed all of you.... there for I didn't allow him to avoid any RP... he wasn't gonna go to jail, so I finished him, not to mention if you allow your clip longer you will see I finished everybody... including PD, nice try making it look like I only finished the guy cuffed.
