Yesterday,
We were playing, Taxi and got silenced for nothing. It's a taxi radio, OFC cab drivers will communicate each other with taxi radio. It's really normal thing that happens in real life as well.
In those time window, there were only Turkish speakers in a taxi, when someone speaks English jumped in, we directly switched back to the English.
And every Turkish player got silenced for no reason. Then in chat message, we learnt we got silenced because of speaking Turkish? I'm saying again, there was no violation, no swear, no abuse. For example, I'm the least talking person in that time with taxi radio but I got silenced .
Then other players just said to my friend "N**" word to my African-British friend (your admins know that word very well I believe) and admins did nothing. They just let it slide.
After that, I quit the game. Because as you know an RP game is unplayable without voice. Without communication. (Even when someone just abused the Taxi radio, just ban him/her from taxi radio. Not all way communication).
Couple of hours later I signed in again. I created a ticket because that silence prevents to get calling support. I said this is a mistake and I didn't do anything. Because I just wanted to play and apparently time only counts down when you're online.
I sent a ticket for solving my problem. I said it's a mistake, needs to be solved. Then they replied just "complaint to the forum". Just this. And then they block me to send another ticket.
All those things happened because we speak or own languages, not even publicly, not even with the people who plays with us.
Why admins are there? Just silencing and banning people? Then you can call them "Ban Police". Because Admins also solves player's problems as well. But yours are not.
Also who runs this server? Nazis? Calling my friend n* word, silencing us for speaking another language?
Unacceptable. Please take this complaint seriously and consider it how this kind of acts harms the gameplay and your reputation.
