I got punished for "General Rule: Leave or die command". Can someone give me the exact rule number? Im pretty sure this is a rule that is made up, its not mentioned anywhere in the rules.

Second of all i never used this way of RP. My friend was getting arrested, he was already in handcuffs so i reacted to it and told the LEOs to uncuff him or i would shoot them. Im asto ished how this is unproper RP when i was threatening those 2 officers with demands before strating to shoot. I never said leave or die either, all i said was uncuff him and dont put him in the car.
