i got killed in ghetto and was being robbed, one of the guys robbing me tried to scare me by saying "im an admin btw" in the non-rp chat

Non RP chat cant scare u as it's NON rp, same as Admins cannot rob as all admin are OOC (also how bene an admin could care anyone??? or WHY admins can scare somone at all??))
