Rejected Scam | ID-85034

I sold my car to Stranger ID - 85034 for $1000 as Stranger agreed to Press the remaining money $149000. After getting Car, Stranger complained he didnot see the car. I showed him the way how to get the car in Parking and it all happened at Parking Number 13. But still he denied. Then I requested admin for RP situation and Rebel asked Stranger to buy parking space from NPC. But then also guy denied that he didnot see car. Then Rebel asked him to Relog and after that the stranger logged off and never come back. And my money is now with the stranger. It was first time doing a deal like this and I had no idea that bodycam is required in RP situation. I only have a screenshot of Stranger ID - 85034. Please help me out getting my money back.
