2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
-1 I have been in gangs for the most part of my time in GRP and have learned so much about the crime side and what it is really about.
-2 I want to have fun and exclusive RP between the gangs and the state side just like in my marabunta term ive had a LOT of fun with the state orgs and always enjoyed the RP that was brought out.
-3 Have a gang that can follow orders, be active, and take a part in the gang such as have good leadership skills with a non toxic gang.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
Having the most numbers at every event so that we can come on top and show that bloods will be on top again! I can do this by, making a certain test/quiz that people will have to answer most of the questions correctly to show that they have a good understanding of the basic rules/gang knowlege. Having a lot of numbers at events with people that know what to do in most situations will help so much so we can bring the gang to the top. I would make sure any High command is there to supervise and to give other members of the gang a chance to show off their skills to prove something new to the gang ether it be negotiating, Robbing, or running events when told to.
