i just saw that i got banned because of rule 1.1 but i never shared an account. we all have our own character a part of a family. i don't deserve that ban. i have been respecting the rules and working really hard on my own. please re investigate towards my situation. i spent most of my days since i bought my pc trying to build my character and i really love this city and the family that i have. i was looking forward to play and i see a ban all at a sudden and i promise you that i haven't been breaking any law and the reason why i chose this city was because of the rules and the struggle so why break them? i am so sure that i haven't broken any rule and in a matter of fact if i did then i deserve a permanent ban not just a 60 days ban but all i ask is to re investigate because it's so not fair what happened to me
arthur vandelay (the family leader) helped me and Bruce Vandelay create our accounts from my pc and that's the only time we used the same pc. you can also check only on the date we created the account for moments only. i'd like to ask for a discord call so you can talk to the both of us and see the recordings of the voices from the city so you can tell that we are two different people playing from two different pcs and different houses.

i was so accurate and specific. i am a successful person and sacrificed so much time for this city and this is what i get? a ban for literally no reason. i understand that account sharing is illegal but creating an account for my friend from my pc is also illegal?! it can't be account sharing since we're both playing together literally everyday. try to be fair guys. i put in loyalty and money in this server and i was only going to provide more. but it's completely useless since all of the admins are one pluxury group. who will take our rights. i believe that there is goodness in one of you guys.
