Hi, I was banned for 'women harassing', there is no timer on the ban message and it says my social club has been blocked. So I assume this is permanent?
I have tried to search through the forum for the player complaint made on me but I cannot even find that. I do have the link to the video used against me only because a mutual friend of myself and Paisley sent it to me.
Beyond this video may I ask what evidence was used against me?
This video takes a very small piece of something that has been going on for days and takes it out of context. Truth is. Yes. I was very rude. Yes. I lashed out. Yes. What I said was not okay.
But given the situation I was not the only one in the wrong.
Although I am very sorry for what happened and I immediately wished I had just walked away after this. I regret that my friendship with paisley ended in such a way.
But I do not think that a permanent ban for women harassment is warranted here. I did not harass her, I just confronted her. And it had absolutely nothing to do with her being a woman and everything to do with how she treated me and others.
She blocked a friend of hers for 3 days because he got married to someone else in game as a joke. She refused to speak to me twice for over a day for almost no reason at all. I highly suspect she manipulated the head of EMS into firing me by telling horrible lies and slander and defamation. Which is a literal crime OOC/IRL that can land someone in prison for years. I suspect this as several people have said it is the kind of thing she would do, And the reason I was fired from EMS was because of an incident earlier that day which Joshua himself said was fine and we would all forget and move on from and nobody would be punished. Several other EMS employees were in the call who can testify that was what he said. (Mayank, Mafia, and Wendy), So why when he called me in to fire me half a day later, he refused to tell me why, and when I demanded an answer all he could say was 'Don't Talk to me' in a tone that suggested I had just committed some kind of war crime? We were chill hours before, He literally just told me in the call after the incident earlier that day that I should take a break from EMS for a few days and come back with a fresh face. The only reason he would change his mind like this and go back on that is if he had some personal reason to. The only reason would be if paisley had said something horrible about me and as she is his second in command, he would immediately take her word for it. Even if it holds no truth. And Paisley was the only person on the entire server at the time who was upset with me and had any level of motivation to do so. So it must have been her right? Hence my blowup and why I shouted at her in the EMS lobby as seen on the video.
All of this literally started because I left paisleys family to join Deep Blue because I was not happy in Quinn. I was quite miserable and felt like I didn't belong. And paisley took this very personally. Which could be seen very clearly from her actions and words.
I was in her family and dropped 3 million on guns ammo and meds and juices. And she said 'oh ok' never once even showed me the slightest bit of appreciation. She manipulated people around me, treated the people around her like actual garbage, and didn't appreciate anyone for the work they put in. So yes. I was upset. Rightfully so.
Regardless I do not condone my own actions, I lashed out. But a fair punishment would be that 7 day ban or a mute for like 30 days or something. A permanent ban is far out of reach if this video is all you have.
I would like to request a more reasonable punishment, Especially given this is the first ever incident I have had like this. All of my previous punishments in the game related to things like NLR or acting OOC on accident or some other very minor rule break, most of which when I was very new and still didn't understand how the server worked yet.
If you choose to lift or lighten my punishment, You have my word I will never speak a word to paisley ever again, And no incident like this will ever happen again. I am truly sorry for what happened. It was all just a lot to take in at once. And I had a bit of a mental breakdown. All I can ask is for your forgiveness for a fools mistake.
