Dear Mazhor,
Yesterday I got a 9999 day ban on DE01 due to Anticheat code #207 (#867). Yesterday I was farming resources shortly before the ban. Because new resources are always spawning at xx:15, I am then at a spot where a lot of resources are spawned. I am very familiar with all the spots where I knew exactly where these resources spawned. After collecting the resources, I was then banned by the anti-cheat.
I hope this problem will be solved and I can continue playing on Grand with my friends again.
