Born: Mark Loops was put onto earth July 5 1962 in a crack house and lived there. His Father ran the biggest drug lab in Texas. When Mr. Loops the 3rd turned 8, he worked with his dad making drugs for 10 years.
When Mr. Loops came to the age of 18, his Dad gave him a small loan of 2 million dollars. He used that money to move out of Texas to Los Santos, He Later joined SAHP, for a few years till moving over to NG, Where he got the best combat training anyone would ever need. There Mr. Loops was trained for over 10 years in combat, but... Mark Loops kept daydreaming about his old life in texas, busting down doors of other drug dealers and stealing their coke and money. by the time of 39 Mr. Loops joined the DEA in FIB to relive his old time back in Taxes. he Meet his wife in FIB, but she didn't last long in FIB, later on He made a family with her. Mr. Loops Climed the ranking of FIB and became the Chief of Staff (COS), And he won't stop claiming the ranks. But Mr. Loops Keep reliving his old life daily, and loves when he daydreams about it and soon will turn his good way into a very bad "Hobby"
