Approved 24071, 7463 | 6.15 rule break

So I was going to the city when 2 guys (24071 and7463) came in red cars and started shooting me and a citizen with id 58165 who wanted to ride to the city, without any demands. it is not a big pov but it is all I go, so I'll be happy if you'll get the right decision.
