Approved Failed RP, DM ID 103215

Like you see in my recoding i was just watching for a new car and went back to the house when some guy with a bad was attacking people and when i went closer he went after me too, not rp nothing just attacking. I pulled out my gun to tell him to stop and he ignored it so i shot at him. Fear RP or failed RP ?
This is not even the ghetto and i get DM.
