I will tell you everything from the starting. I started playing this game when I was in Alwar Rajsthan India. I use to play from alwar it is my hometown. But some for some study reason I had to shift delhi. for some study reason with my laptop in which I played the game. so I played there for 1-2 weeks from the same laptop In which I used to play alwar. after some study I went back to alwar beacuse I got internship. so after that i did'nt played the game beacuse of internship(IRL Work). and then yestarday i came back to my home town alwar and reinstall the game and I saw this ban.

Note- Any indian admin can explain u the hope situation beacuse of study reasons this usually happened in india.
